Brenda was so great to work with. She knows a lot about Bradenton, Sarasota Clearwater, St. Pete, and other nearby areas. We were shopping for home long-distance ( we live in Pittsburgh PA), with only a couple of the short 2 days visits to Bradenton. She was sending us updates with properties available every week and was very resposive to our texts, calls and emails. After we found our dream house, she even took care of inspection and formalities at the home association office for us as we were away! She is also very patient and easy going..lol What we liked the most was how easy she was to reach and how helpful she was to find answers to our questions. If you want to be on your own and have to do everything yourself then don't call Brenda. However, if you want someone who understands what you want and will work around the clock to help you realize your dream of a new home then she's the person you want. We could not be happier with the great work Brenda did in helping us find the perfect home.
